WARSAW — The Polish government has announced plans to introduce groundbreaking legislation that would prohibit children under the age of 15 from using social media, holding tech platforms legally responsible for enforcing the ban . Deputy Digital Affairs Minister Dariusz Standerski emphasized that 2026 is the right time to introduce such measures, as the ministry is working on the technical conditions needed for enforceability .
